The American Retirement Association (ARA) found itself in a tough spot. Without a Chief Technology Officer (CTO) or any technology leadership, their systems were outdated and limiting business performance.
Enter Ricochet Chief Consultant Chris Gloede, who took on the role of a temporary CTO. Chris jumped in to figure out which projects were most important, evaluate the tech team’s skills, and provide much-needed strategic guidance.
We didn’t stop there. ARA’s website was in dire need of an update, so we took charge of finding a new platform and giving it a complete makeover. This involved writing the Request for Proposal and managing the entire process: inviting agencies to participate, overseeing presentations, evaluating proposals, and ultimately coordinating selection of the best agency for the job.
Thanks to Ricochet’s leadership and expertise, ARA is now well on its way to a major tech upgrade. This digital transformation will help ARA stay ahead of the curve and better serve its members in the ever-changing digital landscape.
