Why aren’t our emails reaching you?

  Reason 1

  I unsubscribed by accident

  Sometimes the unsubscribe link at the bottom of an email gets clicked by mistake.

  Solve it the easiest way: Click Manage Preferences at the bottom of any marketing email from Ricochet.

  Solve it a little harder: Visit our Resubscribe page.

  Reason 2

  My email program put it in another folder

  Email programs sort mail differently, and ours can end up somewhere unexpected.

  Gmail: Check the Promotions and Updates tabs near the top of your inbox, not just Spam. Found it? Drag it into Primary so future emails land there.

  Outlook.com or Hotmail: Check the Other tab next to Focused Inbox. Found it? Move it to Focused.

  Yahoo, iCloud, AOL and others: Check your Spam or Junk folder. Found it? Mark it Not Spam so future emails deliver normally.

  My employer’s quarantine is holding them

  Your company’s email quarantine can catch and hold our emails so they never reach you.

  Solve it: Ask your IT department to allowlist our address and release any emails already held. The note below tells them what to do.
