How long is the program?

How are points assigned?

When a task is created, it gets points based on the expertise it needs and the time it takes. You see every task and its points in a monthly report.

Will you train our staff?

Yes. Personalized training and working sessions are part of Mailchimp Evolution Coaching.

Will you work with our other vendors?

Yes. With your permission, we coordinate with your AMS, website and other partners on issues that span systems.

Is Evolution Coaching right for a one-time project?

No. Evolution Coaching is an ongoing annual program. For one-time setup, we recommend a Mailchimp Implementation instead.

How do points work?

Evolution Coaching is an annual engagement with monthly sessions. You choose the number of points your program includes. Each task gets its points the moment it is created, based on the expertise it needs and the time it takes. Every task and its points are reported to you each month, so you always see where your program stands.

How is coaching different from vendor support?

Vendor support answers tickets. A coach works alongside your team, with a monthly plan and report, one-on-one training, and someone who sees across your AMS, website and email and coordinates with those vendors. Your team does the work with Ricochet and keeps the skills, so you use more of what you already pay for.
