BSCAI Boosts Sales with HubSpot
BSCAI's prospect data was scattered across systems and spreadsheets until Ricochet set up HubSpot Sales Hub with an eight-stage pipeline for corporate membership sales.
What was holding BSCAI back?
The Building Service Contractors Association International (BSCAI) has more than 1,000 member companies from the United States and 15 countries worldwide. Its sales prospect data was spread across many systems and spreadsheets. That made it hard to track leads and close deals, and it held back corporate membership sales. BSCAI asked Ricochet to streamline the sales process.
What did Ricochet build?
Ricochet first helped BSCAI acquire HubSpot Sales Hub, handling the requirements and fee negotiations. Working with staff, it designed a structured sales pipeline with eight stages and wrote new sales collateral and phone scripts for each one. Ricochet automated key tasks to free staff from repetitive manual work like data entry. It also built pipeline reporting so management can track progress and spot bottlenecks.
What changed for BSCAI's members?
Companies considering BSCAI membership now get a more organized sales experience. Every prospect moves through a clear eight-stage pipeline, and the sales team has the right materials and scripts ready at each step. With less time lost to data entry, staff can spend more of their day talking with prospective members. Management can see where deals stall and act sooner.
