The International Sign Association (ISA) was grappling with a common but frustrating issue: its contact and company data was scattered and inconsistent across multiple systems. This mess made it tough to maintain their business and they feared the situation would limit the success of a new AMS system coming soon.
Ricochet was already helping ISA choose and negotiate this new system, so we teamed up to clean up their data before adding another system to the mix! We dove deep into ISA’s data, reviewing nearly 300,000 records. We worked with them to figure out what data was outdated or inaccurate and created a plan to get rid of it, ultimately deleting almost 20,000 records! We didn’t stop there. We also made sure that the contact and company records in all the different systems matched up by creating and implementing new field standards.
To wrap things up, Ricochet helped get all the cleaned-up data into the new AMS. This data clean-up project was a crucial step in modernizing ISA’s operations and ensuring that they were ready to take full advantage of their shiny new AMS system.
