Do I have to pick all my courses now?
No. You can enroll in courses whenever you’re ready during 2027; you do not have to choose them all now. Your pass lets you add courses throughout the year, and each time you enroll, the Academy emails you an updated Enrollment Schedule. Ricochet recommends enrolling early so you receive every course reminder.
Can I take the same course in both semesters?
Yes. The All Access Pass covers courses in both 2027 semesters, so you can take the same course once in spring and again in fall. The pass includes every Association Academy certificate course and free overview offered during the year, and taking a course in both semesters is allowed.
What if a course has already started?
You can join a course even after it has started. Pass students can join at any class. If the course no longer appears on the enrollment form, contact the Association Academy team and they will add you. Your pass includes a guaranteed seat in every course, and you can add courses at any time in 2027.
Can I drop a course?
Yes. To drop a course, reply to any Academy email and the team will take care of it. You can add courses at any time in 2027, and each time you add one, the Academy emails an updated Enrollment Schedule. Each course has its own credit and certificate requirements.
Can I share my pass with a coworker?
No. Each All Access Pass is for one named person and cannot be shared with a coworker or transferred to someone else. The pass covers every Association Academy certificate course and free overview in 2027, but it remains tied to the named person. Enroll in courses using the email address used to buy the pass.
What is the refund policy?
The All Access Pass is fully refundable until you attend your first class; after that, it is nonrefundable. The pass covers Association Academy courses held in 2027, and its refund terms apply to the All Access Pass. You can enroll in courses at any time during 2027.
How do credits and certificates work?
Each course awards its own credits and certificate, and you must meet the same requirements as every other student. Across the 2027 courses, you can earn up to 36 CAE credits, including one ethics credit. CMP credit is pending approval by the Events Industry Council, and individual course requirements apply.
I already paid for a 2027 course. What now?
Email the Association Academy team, and they will help you sort out a course you already paid for. The All Access Pass covers every certificate course and free overview in 2027. The page does not specify how an earlier course payment is handled, so contact the team for help with your situation.
The All Access Pass is for one named person and cannot be transferred or shared. It is on sale through January 20, 2027, and covers courses held in 2027. You get a full refund until you attend your first class; after that, the pass is nonrefundable. Credits and certificates follow each course’s standard requirements.
