What was holding ISA back?

The International Sign Association (ISA) is a trade association with more than 2,200 members, and it saw artificial intelligence rapidly changing the sign industry. Members were eager to learn what AI could do for their companies. They wanted to understand what is happening now and what is likely to come next. ISA did not have the in-house expertise to teach them, so it turned to Ricochet to close that knowledge gap.

What did Ricochet do?

Ricochet started with research instead of a pre-packaged lesson plan. The team studied the sign industry's specific AI challenges and opportunities and interviewed industry leaders about what is happening now and what they expect next. From those findings, Ricochet built a hands-on training session for ISA members. It explained how AI applies across the departments of a sign company and included live demonstrations of AI platforms at work.

What changed for ISA's members?

ISA members came away with a clearer view of AI and how it fits their own companies. The training did not avoid the hard parts. It covered the ethical and legal questions around AI, so members can adopt new tools with confidence. The live demos showed practical benefits they can take back to their teams, grounded in research about the sign industry rather than technology in general.
