Rotary Develops Prospective Members
Rotary International worked with Ricochet on a central lead warming campaign that used email, online ads and a landing page to guide prospects toward local chapters.
What was holding Rotary back?
Rotary International has 1.4 million members and typically grows through its local chapters. The global membership team wanted to add to those traditional efforts with a central campaign that could attract potential members and nurture their interest. Rotary partnered with Ricochet to strengthen its marketing strategy and build a lead warming campaign.
What did Ricochet build?
Ricochet dug into Rotary's data to pinpoint promising prospects. We reached them through email and online ads that pointed to a dedicated landing page. The goal was to bring prospects into Rotary's free discussion forum and then pass them to local chapters for further engagement and membership. We introduced new ad-serving technology to Rotary's marketing toolkit and optimized the ads weekly to keep spending efficient across the multi-month campaign.
What changed for Rotary's members?
People interested in Rotary now have a way in before they ever attend a local meeting. They can join the free discussion forum, get to know the organization and then connect with a local chapter. Local clubs gain warmer prospects who already know something about Rotary and its community when they first arrive.
